Welsh Wagyu - Beer Sticks
Traditionally named Droëwors (South-African dried sausage), our beer sticks are created by mincing and marinating our Welsh Wagyu beef with our house red wine vinegar and signature spice blends. We then fill our natural skin casings and air-cure to the point of absolute precision. Famous for it’s unique marbling, the extraordinary award-winning Welsh Wagyu beef is rich with omega 3 and 6, vitamin B, iron and essential amino acids.
We personally feel these sticks are suited to most occasions and can be enjoyed with friends over a cool craft ale or full-bodied red wine.
Due to our small batch methods we are limited to how much biltong we stock at any given time. This biltong doesn't hang around for long... Therefore, if we do not have your chosen delicacy in stock then please be patient with us and expect up to a 7 day lead time. This ensures we keep supplying only the freshest biltong.
If we cannot produce the item chosen within this time then we will email you with an expected delivery date.
